In a one-on-one Thai Bodywork session you will be pulled, twisted, and stretched in all sorts of therapeutic ways. There may be use of hot herbal compress, oils or liniments, or other therapies that are used in the Thai practice. Thai Bodywork is a fully clothed experience, on a comfortable mat on the ground. It can be a very gentle, meditative experience or it can be a stronger, more challenging experience depending on your needs and preferences at the time.
